Neighbors say this house has been abandoned for about fifteen years. In the winter of 2011 the bricks on the side of the house fell onto the sidewalk. Work was started on the house but stopped at the end of the spring. Since then the house has been broken into and the new windows stolen. The owner listed by the BRT is a company in Texas. I personally called them and asked when the work was going to be finished. They said that they sold the house in April. I notified the BRT about this and two months later the file has still not been updated. The house has been behind on taxes since 2009.
