The house has been abandoned for years. Recently it was bought then put back on the market. Though the new owner has done no work on the home he is currently trying to sell it for $100,000 said one neighbor. The neighbors have reported drug use on the property and the tree in front of the house is a nuisance to phone wires and is tearing the side walk up.
