This building is literally falling down. In 2010 the back wall fell into the neighboring yard demolishing their fence. Residents of the block called the city repeatedly but they state that no one showed. In July of 2011 the second floor wall collapsed. Luckily, no was hurt, however a car was damaged.The property has been tax delinquent since 1997.
